New voluntary electroconvulsive treatment (ECT) jurisdiction

The MTPD Act amended the Mental Health Act 2014, extending the Tribunal’s jurisdiction to hear applications for electroconvulsive treatment (ECT) for voluntary adults who do not have capacity to consent to treatment.
