We have released a report about why people don't attend Tribunal hearings with an action plan for increasing participation

In May 2019 we ran a workshop at the Tribunal’s Consumer and Carer Forum to explore why people don’t attend Tribunal hearings and what we could do to increase participation.  Participants were enthusiastic and we collected a huge number of ideas.
Today we are releasing a report which summarises those ideas and includes an action plan for the Tribunal to increase attendance and support participation in hearings.  The Tribunal has committed to all the actions and we will monitor their implementation though our Governance Group.

Many thanks to everyone who participated in the workshop.  Your insights will be valuable in helping the Tribunal improve how it supports participation at hearings.

The report is available below.
